28 Comeback Special
League 20-Eight, Associated Fantasy‘s original high stakes league is back after a long hiatus. One of AF‘s oldest leagues, the 28 was originally established in 2012 and had a successful 3 year run, but suffered lots of franchise turnover as teams tended to treat it more like a tournament, and so it never established a good core group of teams.
It was disbanded after the 2014 season, brought back as a free entry league in 2016, and has remained idle since. But the Association has dusted it off, dressed it up, and brought it out for another spin around the dance floor.
Dubbing it’s redebut “20-20-28” League 28 still sports it’s famous 28 player rosters with 20 starters in an 8 team format. That means 1 in 4 odds to make it into the 3 game championship series where the winning team will walk away with a thousand bucks.
