Blue vs Gold

The Addicts League has also updated their League Logo for the first time in 5 years, the new one bearing a much cleaner design

Like a gym rat that’s always the first one in to the training facilities and the last to leave each day, AF’s Fantasy Addicts League is full of coaches who are always thinking about fantasy football.  So it’s no surprise that they’ve already checked in with AF to mark themselves ready to go for the 2020 season.

The Addicts’ League Page has been completely updated for 2020, along with all of their auxilery pages.  The FA has always been a pioneering league at Associated Fantasy and this season is no different, as their section of the AF site is now the first to implement AF’s next-generation stats, debuting a fully integrated database of league statistics  going all the way back to 2012.  They’ve also incorporated a new updating record book for league scoring records and have become the first AF league to dress up their pages in their own league colors.

Long known for throwing their coaches a last minute rules wrinkle right before the draft, the Addicts League Page is sporting a cryptic, “Season 2020: Gold vs Blue” graphic with no explanation.   In the 2018 season, the Addicts League ran a season-long ladder schedule that reset each week, pitting teams against each other based on rank; then, last season, every pick in the draft was randomized – all 340 of them – just prior to the draft so that teams had sometimes multiple picks within a round, but sometimes went multiple rounds without a pick.  The new “Blue vs Gold” banner likely has something to do with this season’s rules twist, but we’ll have to wait till August to find out.  Meanwhile, you can check the league out with their nav buttons below.
