Are You Ready To Rumble?

AF Tournaments LogoTOURNAMENTS – Associate Fantasy has launched the Ten/100 Battle Royale Tournament as AF’s new, entry-level tournament with a $10.00 entry fee and a $100.00 winner-take-all prize pool, but that doesn’t mean it’s any less exciting.  Ten teams will enter the ring, in a randomized, serpentine draft on Tuesday Night, August 30 at 9:00pm EDT.  Through 10 rounds they’ll choose 10 skill position players – RB’s, WR’s, and TE’s – no position limits…and also no need for any QB’s, K’s, or Defenses, the Tournament Rosters consist of only 10 starting RB/WR/TE FLEX positions, and no bench.  That’s right, there’s no bench; the players you draft are the ones you’re going into battle with so plan your picks carefully, even more so since teams are limited to only 10 Add/Drops for the season.  You didn’t think this was going to be easy, did you?

Once the season starts it gets no easier, as the free-for-all ensues.  There are no match-ups or weekly scheduling; it’s every team for themselves and everyone-vs-everyone as each team faces the entire league.  Every Week.  Outscore the rest, and you’ll end the week with a perfect 9-0 record……come in last place the following week for an 0-9, and you’ve just dropped to .500 with a 9-9 record, and THAT’s not going to get you to the Championship.  At the end of Week 17 the team with the best season-long all-vs-all record will raise the Championship Belt….and a crisp $100 bill.
