Points Race Tournament Registration Now Open To Public

TOURNAMENTS – AF’s Points Race – Open has now gone through it’s annual closed registration period where teams from the prior year’s Open and Invitational Tournaments have first option to re-enroll, and the deadline for Closed Registration has expired.  This means that the PR-O is now active and accepting new teams for the 2016 season.  There’s a particularly small field of returning teams this season, leaving more open slots for interested coaches.  Slots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The PR-Open is a free, open-class tournament where 12 teams compete in a total points race.  The appeal of the tournament is that beginning in Week 7, a new starting position gets added each week, while the last place team is eliminated from competition.  The players on teams that are eliminated?  They hit the waiver wire for the teams that survive to vulture up each week.  The winner of the PR-O each season receives an automatic bid to AF’s prestigious “Invitational” version of the same Tournament.  You can see more info at the Points Race – OPEN Tournament Page and check out the complete rules at the Tournament Rules Page.  Sign up for the Tournament by using the form below.
