Golden Season

A League Championship is special.  A Super 16 Super Bowl Championship is a little extra special.  A Super Bowl Championship won against the winningest team in the Association who just happens to be your arch rival – in the League, in the Division, and in the NFL – stealing the title away from that rival who had beaten you 7 straight times, all while maintaining an AF#1 ranking as the best team in The Association in 2019……well that’s Golden.

And the AF#1 Who Dat Saints (12-3-0) have done just that, defeating the 3 time Champion Birds of Prey – who are also competing in the 2019 Pro Bowl; Championship – in Super Bowl VIII by a score of 202-185 to capture their first Lombardi Trophy.  The Who Dats scored an incredible season final Power Rating of 55 and will  finish 2019 as the number 1 ranked team in the Association (of 109) and are a shoe-in for the 2020 Pro Bowl.  They also ranked 1st in the Association in Consistancy, 5th in Coaching Efficiency, and 6th in Percentage of Points Scored with all of those numbers being of 109 elligible teams as well.  Of their 3 losses in the regular season, 1 was by a single, stat corrected point, and the other 2 were both to the rival Birds – losses they avenged with a season finale win to capture the #1 seed, and then again to capture the Super 16 Championship.

A truly Golden Season.  Who Dat!
