Week 6 Top 25

The Great Khalil from Associated Fantasy‘s flagship league, Fantasy Addicts, jumps up 5 spots to take the number one spot through 6 weeks on the AF Top 25 rankings list.  In both Top 25 updates so far this season (weeks 4 and 6) rookie coached teams have been the #1.  The previous Top 25 #1 team, League 28‘s DashNSMASH, dropped 1 spot to #2 overall.  The Ice Cold Bruschis of the Super 16 and Sock Bandits of the Fantasy Circus are tied with DashNSMASH for #2 overall – the Bruschis having moved up 2 spots, and the Bandits having moved up 18 places in the biggest upward climb of the last 2 weeks.  The Super 16‘s Arizona Firebirds rounds out the top 5.  There are 5 new teams that did not make the Top 25‘s previous list, and those teams are indicated on the list below by double arrows.

The great thing about the AF Top 25 is that it compares teams against the competition within their own league, but then translates that performance to rank the teams against all other Associated Fantasy teams (currently totaling 90 teams).  The Top 25 is able to do this by comparing teams’ VsL%.  The VsL% is a teams win percentage when wins are measured by what a teams W-L-T record would be if every team played every other team within the league weekly.  The full Week 6 Top 25 list is below;  Associated Fantasy congratulates all coaches whose team has made the list.
