- The IFFL was founded in 2014. From the beginning, it's been an expansionist type league, bouncing between 10 and 12 teams, and extending out into the far east, they even managed to poach a former World Champion from the World League.
- In 2020, they announced a grand expansion project.
- The 12 teams of the IFFL would fracture into 3 sperate leagues, recruiit new teams to expand the leagues to 10 teams )
- The 3 Leagues would then align into a 30 team Federation, rebranded The AF international Federation.
- The Federation then extended an invitation to the Justice League, who accepted and brought the total of teams in the Federation to 40
