Fangs Blister Track in Week 2

SS-PRL – With an unwieldy name, but tons of horsepower, the Tigershark Dracula Fangs turned in the fastest lap time of Week 2 in the Suicide Squad’s Points Race League, jumping from 8th to 4th on the strength of their 226 point score to bring their points total to 357 on the season.  The SS-PRL is the Association’s newest league, chartered just this season, and is comprised of 12 teams in a total points race through the 17 week season.  Race themed, and with a few twists and turns like forced drops each week, the excitement is already building just two weeks, or laps, into the inaugural season.

Finkle is Einhorn still retains the poll position, running a 194 point lap 2 – tied for second fastest behind the Fangs – to bring their season points total up to 443, putting some breathing room between himself and Tmande’s Our Miss Brooke who holds on to second overall but turns in a lackluster 164 point Week 2.  Skull Crushers gained just a little bit of ground on Miss B, with their 176 point Week 2 score, holding onto third place, but fending off the Dracula Fangs who are now just 9 points behind after their fast lap.

Assistant Commissioner Ramona’s High Flyers in car #14, sporting the lightning bolt racing stripe, tied with Finkle in Week 2 for the second highest score and will move up 1 position to 5th, chasing the Fangs, just 17 points ahead.  The biggest position jump of the week, came from Longwaydwn who found a burst of speed and clocked a 192 point score, just 2 points shy of tieing with Finkle and the Flyers for second highest score this week.  The performance will move the lucky #13 car up from 11th to 8th place.  That will put her right in the middle of the pack shaping up between Clintoral Piercings (6th) and Loonies and Goonies (7th) – who both dropped a couple of positions – and Hickory Windies (9th), Behind the 8 Ball (10th), and Deadshot Bucs (11th).  HIGLANDERS are still bringing up last place, but they seem to have found second gear, just about quadrupling their Week 1 score of 36 points with a Week 2 tilt of 124.  View all the action at the Suicide Squad Leaderboard
