League Rules, Section II Format; subsection B-C:

1. B.    Teams will be divided into 4 Divisions of 5 teams each

   1. 1. George Halas Division
      2. Vince Lombardi Division
      3. Jim Brown Division
      4. Tom Landry Division

   C.    Divisions will be Realigned each season by draft

   1. 1. Divisions will be realigned by Realignment Draft each season
      2. The 4 prior season Division Champions will be named Division Captains and will select 4 other teams to compose each of their divisions for the upcoming season
         1. Draft order will be in descending order of furthest advancing team in the prior season playoffs and will proceed in a straight-line order (1-4, 1-4, 1-4, etc) for 4 rounds
            1. In the event that a prior season Division Champion does not return for the new season, their spot as Division Captain will be taken by the next highest ranking returning team, by post season/end of season finish from that Division Champion's prior season division
         2. In each round of the Realignment Draft, Captains will select one unselected team each to be placed into their divisions
         3. The results of the Realignment Draft will determine the 4 Divisions and Divisional Alignment for all 20 franchises for the upcoming season
