AF Top25: London Falls Up Again

The World League’s London Falling (9-4-0) are back on top at AF#1 after beating Jerusalem in their regular season finale 100-77.  The jump may give them some momentum as they head into their Wild Card match with rival AF#5 Old England Patriots (10-3-0).  The Falling displaced LFC’s King George Angels RIP (12-1-0) the Association’s last remaining undefeated team who suffered their first loss of the season last week, 69-58 to the All Americans, and slide back to AF#2.  There was no other movement this week in the rest of the top 7 teams, and little movement beyond that as most leagues wind down and head into the post season.

Many of the Top 25 or other playoff teams have been nominated by their peers to be placed on the 2020 Pro Bowl Ballot, released this week.  For the first time ever teams are being allowed to vote for the full slate of 6 Pro Bowl Tournament teams.  Gone is the “1st, 2nd, and 3rd Selection” criteria as well as the weighted ballot.  Voting teams now get to vote for all 6 teams they want to see as Tournament Starters, and also get to vote for a “Captain” which gives that team an additional vote in the vote count.  Be sure to check out this year’s nominees by clicking below and vote for your favorites.
