Supercharged!

Los Angeles pounded the Dawgs in the Week 4 SimulPlay Game of the Week, coming just 6 and a half points short of the week’s high score in their 203.50 – 161 victory. They advance to 3-1 but are still trailing the Firebirds (3-1) for the West Division lead. Arizona lost in an upset to Indy, while 1 Eye Til I Die are close on their heals as they also advance to 3-1 after beating the defending champion BEARMINATORS who are now the league’s last winless team. SF’s Bowmen fell to the Motor City Kitties who have caught the Dawgs in the North Division with both teams at 2-2.

The Birds of Prey continue their record setting regular season win-streak in a tough division victory over H-Town 162-140. The win puts the Birds at 4-0, firmly in control of the South with 11 straight regular season wins, while H-Town falls to 1-3. If their 1 point win over BIGDOGINTEX survives Thursday stat corrections, the Karma and a Kicker Who Dats (whose single point from their kicker gave them the win), will advance to 2-2 and leave them in second place in the division for the first time in league history.

With another big win – only 19 points shy of the week’s high score – the Ice Cold Bruschis remain undefeated and in first place in the league after beating division rival Eagle has landed who fall to a struggling 1-3. Could we be headed for a rematch of the Season 1 Super Bowl? Geno’s Jaw Breakers will hope to prevent that as they leapfrog into second place in the division with the 210 point high score of the week in a SimulPlay division match against a Northern Fins squad with more talent than their record shows.
