The Birds
The League went to the birds this weekend. Birds of Prey extended their regular season win streak to 10 (!) – setting a new league record the league record, and did so with a score of 289, good for #2 all time in league history. They now sit at 3-0 in full control of the South Division
In the game of the Week, the Firebirds of Arizona defeated division foe BowMen, to take over first place at 3-0. The rest of the Division are right behind the Firebirds, all at 2-1.
The forgotten birds, The Eagle has Landed, after getting their season off to a rocky 0-2 start, came soaring out of the gate this week, with a high scoring win over H-Town. The win keeps the Eagles in the chase for the East Division as the Bruschis move to 3-0 and #1 overall in the S16 with their win over the now 0-3 defending champ BEARMINATORS.
In the North, The Dawg Pound’s undefeated season comes to an end, but with losses across the North Division, they are still in full control.
